There is already a version of Mac which is Mac OS X x86, this version of mac is for intel-based macs only (i've tried this one on my powerpc, it doesn't work.), this one can be used also by PC's when your computer's hard drive is partitioned in to two which is one on FAT - NTFS and the other MAC OS Journaled or MAC OS Standard.

No, but who knows.

Part of the benefit of Mac Os is that it runs on known and tested hardware. Apple would be mad to through that edge away by trying to make on any piece of PC hardware.

MacOS10 (?) can be made to run on PC hardware because it is actually based on a form of BSD, which is like a cousin to Linux, but then you run into all the Linux problems of having the correct drivers and things not working properly from time to time, or ceasing to work because the guy that was supporting that particular hardware is no longer interested in doing so.

No, there isn't.
You can run Mac OS X on a PC using an emulator.
Official release? I don't think so, why would there be one?

No, Apple sells hardware, not software.

Kubuntu 7 is close enough to OS X, you don't need to use Hacks.
