No, it's not.
Yoga is no 'exercise' per se.
It's a path to self-realisation that involves union of the self with All that is.
There are eight limbs on this path - eight courses of action that one commits to.
One of these limbs is Asana - or what we in the West know as 'yoga'.
Asana is the practice of moving the body through set postures. It effects the muscular-skeletal system, the endocrine system, the cardiovascular system, the nervous system, the digestive system...
It effects the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the energetic body.
Stretching is NOT yoga.
Alhough asana CAN (and does) involve the stretching of the body. It also involves the strengthening of the body, the purifying of the body, the balancing of the body, the toning of the body...
There are many, many different ways to practice Asana, and some of these styles are extremely physical.
A daily 90 minute Astanaga practice takes a strong level of discipline and dedication to commit to.
But none of this really matters.
Ultimately, yoga is experiential - which means that in order to know yoga, one must experience it.
For you to answer your question, all you need do is go attend a Bikram's class, or a beginner Power Yoga class.
Then you will know yourself.
And that is yoga.

There are many different types of yoga. Some really are not much different than your description. And, all the different types of yoga incorporate stretching. However, there are many forms of yoga that are quite energetic and could easily work up as much of a sweat as any of the activities you mentioned.

LOL!....then you haven't tried Yoga! It is a disciplined movement of the body...stretching, toning and lengthening your muscles. It is not easy!!! Yoga aligns your whole being: body, mind and spirit.
