There have been old books written by many old superstitious men claiming that one god or another had "laws" that had to be obeyed. They've even gotten enough political power to force people to obey those laws, even on penalty of torture and death.
However, gods are all just superstition. They don't really exist. Therefore, none have really commanded anything of anyone.

Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” This is a command to set aside the Sabbath (Saturday, the last day of the week) as a day of rest dedicated to the Lord.

Me, I'm Jewish so i say that the fourth commandment is "Remember the Sabath day to keep it holy"
