mkaes me think 'have i done something wrong' 'is there something on my face' 'dont they like me?' it actually gets me slightly paranoid for the rest of the day thinking about what why they were staring at me because i'm thinking mainly that they think something bad of me like 'god isnt she ugly' or 'look at the way shes dressed'

It makes me wonder if there is some reason they are staring, I just look back at them and return the favor.
If its more than one person looking..and in an unfriendly stare..I might start to feel pretty uncomfortable..this rarely occurs luckily..you never know why someone is staring most of the time..how rude !

It depends how they are staring, and how is doing the staring. If it's some one i don't know and they are gorping at me then it can make me feel paranoid, like do i have some thing on my face?
If it's some on i know on the other hand i night get quite embarrassed. I know that i should be more embarrassed if people i don't know are staring at me, but it's strange.
Some times i get scared when people star at me again it depends who they are and how they are looking at me.

Very self aware/paranoid, it makes feel very uncomfortable, I had this only a couple of days back, I can't stand it, so I walk away as fast as possible trying to avoid an embarassing incident of banging into someone in the process.

It can make me feel paranoid if I start wondering why they're staring at me. Then again I have a bad habit of looking at people wrong anyways, so I guess I give as good as I get.

uncomfortable if its a lot of people or someone i dont like. even if its someone i do like or am sexually attracted to it can be uncomfortable but its not that bad. Other times when i am attracted to them i could get pretty into it, its like a stare down contest. when i see people staring i try to walk faster to get away from it then i get stopped and asked why im walkin so fast. they wanna talk, i dont want to. depends on the day
I have this thing where i like to be stared at but i like to make it quick. Like i jus like to leave this perfect impression in their mind. If i see them getting excited i kind of hurry off. Next time around they remember me. But i dont really like to make small talk with admirers.

I feel self-conscious, like there's something wrong... my clothes, has a button become undone, did I spill something, is my hair out of place, lipstick rubbed off, shoe untied, something in my hair, ... endless.
People shouldn't stare, it makes others uncomfortable.

ITS BLOODY RUDE! I get very annoyed when people stare at me. Ive asked this question already but mainly to women. Most of the replies I got were about the starers being jealous. Ive taught my son not to stare at people, especially disabled people. I tend to say to them
'D'ya wanna take a picture, it lasts longer??!?!'

depending on the vibe i pick up, i either smile back, look away or secretly snarl at them.
when i was young and arrogrant, i asked two blokes staring from a car if i had a tit on my head, haha.
so, to answer your question, dependin on the vibe i pick up, depends on my feeling
