I finished some prescribed medication for my anxiety just under a week ago. Could it be a bit of a come down from that while my body re-adjusts?

There are lots of great natural therapies that will help.
Assuming that you are probably already controlling stress with such practices as Yoga, meditation, visualisation, Diet , exercise, vitamins (esp vit B complex B3, B6, B12, vit A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10 ) and minerals.
You could look at making sure it is not an inner ear infection which often causes vertigo (dizzyness).
My specialty is Homeopathy which is an extremely effective method of helping with Anxiety and associated physical and emotional symptoms by treating the underlying cause. I highly recommend you take a multi-faceted approach and watch your life being transformed. You should however consult a Professional Homeopath for that side of treatment.

Part and parcel of Anxiety Disorder keep in mind though that you're less lightly to pass out when you're anxious cos your body goes into a state of high alert like the flight or fight it syndrome..your blood pressure shoots up thus your less likely to faint..should help if u ever feel dizzy..you wont pass out. IMHO remedies wont help in a panic situation..hard drugs that will numb your brain receptors will..Natural remedies nah...

I have had same problems. Dizziness can be from many things, not anxiety. Like: Medication, ear infection, vertigo, allergies, bad diet. I recommend going to the doctor.

Take a deep breath. When you feel dizzy, tell the people around to stop moving because they're rocking the boat.

Try breathing into a paper bag.
Also, does your breathing become quicker? That could make you feel dizzy, try to slow your breathing down, and try the paper bag.
