I'm thinking of getting my monroe and septum.
I already have my lip done, and it's on the right side, as you can see in the picture.
What ideas do you have, or think would be better than what I want, on my face?
Serious ideas only. Best answer gets the points.

I think the septum would be perfect on you. You could pull of the monroe also on the opposite side of the lip piercing you have now. But as others have said the medusa would also fit. You have the perfect cupid's bow for one! If you did get the medusa (not to sure if you would like them or not) and the septum make sure to keep the jewelry in the septum small. Anything you get will look great. I think you will be able to pull off just about anything. Snakebites would be amazing with the septum too.
Also about the monroe be warned that the back of the labret stud may get hooked on your teeth when talking. Mine does from time to time.

Oooh, I'm thinking about doing something similar. I have the left side of my lip done with a little diamond stud. I want a monroe on the other side of my mouth, but my problem is that I have my nose done on my right side. I don't think having the monroe and the nose on the same side will look uneven, but I do have my concerns...anyway, I think a monroe would look really cute on you. And the septum would be in the middle so it wouldn't make you look uneven. I think both are a good idea. And for the people saying "no dont get pierced": come on, it's a little hole. You get worse scars from tripping on the sidewalk. It's just a piece of jewelry. If you end up not liking it, you just take it out and it leaves a dot. Big deal. It's your body and jewelry is pretty. Go for both.

First of all, you're beautiful. You look a lot like Jojo.
Now..about the piercings...I say you should definitely get your septum pierced. That is the cutest piercing, in my opinion. Also, perhaps another stud on the opposite side of your lip(snakebites) would look good, or the monroe, as long as you get it on the opposite side of the piercing you have now.
I was also thinking that a medusa would look great on you, but I think it would take away from the septum.
Your ideas are perfect.

I really don't think the monroe would suit you but I think the septum would look amazing. If you got the septum then I think getting a lip piercing on the other side would look good, septum + snakebites look electric. For the septum though, I think a horseshoe would look a million times better then a captive bead ring or something.

I have the monroe done... serious tip.. be careful when you talk while it's healing lol. I don't know if it's just where they had mine placed but, I bit it a couple times and it was NOT pleasant.
And septum.. those are always cool. Plus if you get the horse-shoe ring if you have a job interview or anything you can just tuck it up in there!

I have my septum done although I no longer wear anything in it. I wore a horseshoe in mine. I loved it very feminine and sexy plus I was able to twist it up when I needed it hidden. Also mine didn't hurt nearly as much as my nipples but I have heard from others that it was pretty bad. But as goes with piercings you can deal with anything for the 15 seconds it takes. Enjoy!

may i suggest you give the monroe a miss?
its very common these days, and having one piercing to one side of your face is going to look off balance, you have a fabulous look and i think a medusa would look great on you, top lip, in the middle, i have this, as well as a lower lip labret, looks great, and whilst a monroe may be fashionable now, the medusa never dates, i have had mine 10 years+ now

I'd say with your face, and most female faces, a septum piercing would make your nose look too harsh. You really need a specific bone structure to pull off a septum piercing, and i don't think you have it. You have a cute nose, I'd say that a septum piercing would make it less pretty. If you want to get a nose piercing, go for a regular one or i actually think a bridge piercing would be great on your face (and believe me i wouldn't say that to many chicks). It would look great with your lip and monroe piercings, and it'd bring more attention to your eyes, which are beautiful. If i had your face and features, I'd get my bridge, nose (right side), and monroe (left side). It'd rock pretty hard.

I say if you want to go for both. I can't remember what this one is called but it like goes through the outside middle part of your ear and the bar stretches through the that little thing connected to your head. Can you tell, i have gone completely blank. I can't think of what anthing is called.

You can get your eyebrow or nose peirced thats always cute i have 2 eyebrow peircings on my left eyebrow and i have my nosed peirced on the left side also
