Depending on your workout and what you put on your salad you could lose up to 10lbs, done healthy. Becareful, you need calories to burn calories, you need the good fats to burn fat, and you need both for energy. I personally enjoy the Mediterranean diet, being Italian this works great for me. Also being vegetarian it fits my life style. I wish you luck, but look at options.

You've got the fruits and vegs covered, it seems, but what about whole grains and protein? As has been asked, what's in those salads? Iceburg lettuce with some dressing is very nutrient void. Romaine lettuce and loads of steamed and raw veggies with some nuts or tofu or beans would be much better. Add some brown rice and it will be okay, or some whole grain bread on the side.

i dunno but with ur salad buy some savory rice with it liek a yellow rice and make it cold and put it on ur sald makes it healthy and tasty
