I don't know. VEGEtarian addresses what we DO eat, not what we don't eat.
Anticocoatarian?
I consider myself a mel mellis vegan. I just made that up, but I like it.
And BunsTheOne - you've got it backwards. A lacto ovo vegetarian DOES eat dairy and eggs, but NEVER eats meat. You would be a semi-vegetarian if you eat meat occasionally. Read the different kinds of vegetarians here: http://www.vnv.org.au/Definitions.htm
EDIT: Better yet. don't give up chocolate! I just found Green & Black's make their Maya Gold flavor chocolate (dark with a hint of orange and spices...so, so good!) in a HOT COCOA MIX! How can you resist?

I think for a word to have defintion, it has to be useful.

Don't think i've ever met anyone who doesn't eat chocolate, but then again, i've got another 40 years to go so there is time yet.
