plz tell me some tips to come back to normal

Check with your doctor. My daughter suffers from low BP to the point of blackouts and her doctor actually told her to use Sudafed as it raise the blood pressure.

Consult with your personal physician and follow his/her advice. Remember that the reasons your blood pressure goes to a higher level may not always be good. For example, a buildup of plaque inside the artery walls sometimes brings about a permanent rise in B/P. So does
drinking alcoholic beverages which sometimes damages the
liver.
Discuss with your primary doctor.

Drink some water. Always works for me. A cup makes a difference.

how low is it?
mine is low too and feel like fainting at times...but usually goes away with salt.
