i hope everywhere, not only does smoking cause cancer, low birth weight in babies and cause premature infertility for example... but it smells really bad, and people who smoke smell bad to the people who don't...

Being "almost" 18 is like being "almost" not a virgin. You either are, or you aren't. If you're not yet 18, it's still illegal, even if your birthday is tomorrow.
