Any time one is spilling ketones, it means that their blood glucose is out of control and something needs to be done to lower the BG.

I'm glad you got her to the hospital. Now you and she will need to more closely monitor her meds, diet, and activity to keep her in good control.

Check with her doctor and the hospital for diabetes education classes and support groups.

Body cells break down when they cannot get glucose from the blood (as in diabetes). Ketones (byproduct breakdown) are then released into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys and end up in the urine. Insulin makes glucose (sugar) go into the body cells and prevents this "auto breakdown" of cells. Her diabetes may not be in control and she may need more insulin- call the doctor.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Ketones are an indicator that there is no usable insulin in her body. They indicate that protein is being passed into the urine by the kidneys. When Type I/Juvenile onset diabetes is uncontrolled, ketones appear in the urine.
