My client is struggling to maintain her commentment over the weekends. I weigh her every monday and she is on weight watchers, thus writting down all she eats. I need a little help coming up with a creative idea to help motivate her, any ideas. Maybe an incentive of some sort.

Usually, when a person is distracted, they don't think about food. If the client plans busy activities over the weekend it might help her to forget about junk food. Also, you might suggest she go to an outdoor activity...like to the park or a beach where it is possible to exercise at the same time.

you are the trainer here...
weight her every monday - and tell her to make food diary which she has to show you every monday as well.
encourage her to look at food label nutrition info and see how many calories are in there and what she will have to do to burn it off.

"just think how good you will feel Monday if you stick to your diet all weekend. It's just 2 days, you can do it! Prove to yourself how strong you are!"

WWJD - what would Jamie do?

Visualizations of what he/she wants to look like whenever your client feels like they want to eat the cheeseburger/brownie/beer, etc...
