I'm 5'1" and 120 lbs my heart rate is 92/57 and pulse is 63. I've been recently running 2.5 mi/5 days a week for 3 months now could that have something to do with it? I feel healthy, sometimes tired, but I think that is related to my blood sugar at that moment.

your heart rate is normal, your blood pressure is a bit low, but that is not uncommon in runners. Just be sure to maintain your hydration.

Sounds pretty good. My resting heart rate's somewhat lower, around 48, but i've been running/jogging a lot longer. Your's will drop as you continue training. I wish my BP were so good, you're quite fortunate. Good luck with your exercise.

Btw, why not add meditation to your "training"--it helps "everything" so much---it helped with my endurance levels and resting heart rate, as a matter of fact. The relaxing effect gives you more energy and the extra endurance. Also, it helps to quiet the mind and numerous other good things :))

Fine, except that you called your BP your heart rate.
