You could play the "dirty diaper" game with the melted candy bars, take care of a baby race (undress the baby, bathe, diaper & dress) you could make it more interesting by having them wear oven mitts.
If you don't know the gender of the baby you could do a sports theme for boy & a princess theme for the girl, maybe simular colors!
On the sports theme side have BBQ beef, chips, peanuts, popcorn & rootbeer floats (in a punch bowl)
For the princesss side have Quiche or cut out sandwiches, veggies, dip, fresh fruit on a skewer!
Have fun!!!

Co-ed baby shower!!!!! Now I have heard it all.....
First out, a shower is for the women. It's just more fun that way. Who wants a bunch of dudes there? The Shower thing is a traditional ritual so that they can Shower the mom-to-be with gifts and yes, advice. It's totally girly. You're not getting the full benefit if guys are present to interfere. We as guys don't Mean to be in the way but we are not hard wired for all the bonding that goes on. My advice is send the guys to a bar and you girls let lose and be girls. geeez!

Whoever Wins Goes Home - just about every guy will love it. :-) We had where everyone got a diaper pin when they came in, and pinned it to their shirt. Then there were a list of words: "baby" "cute" "adorable" and "sweet", where if anyone said those words, they had to give their pin up to whoever they said it to. The guys had fun because the girls use those words more. The only thing that hung them up was "baby". It started when my husband looked at me four minutes in and said "Hey, Baby, where do you want the gifts?" :-) They got very competitive. We also had a baby-weight "pool". It took the idea of the traditional baby pool, where people bet on when the baby will be born, a step further by changing the question from "When will the baby be born?" to "How much will the baby weigh?" What's really funny is a lot of those guys had no clue how much a normal baby weight is, so they were guessing either much less (3 lbs) or much more (12 lbs). They also liked the how-many-pieces-of-toilet-paper thing. You pass around rolls of toilet paper and tell the guests to tear off how much toilet paper it would take to wrap around the largest part of the woman's belly one time. Beware, though, some of the guys can be really brutal on this (I think my husband's best friend went for somewhere around 87 pieces of toilet paper)

I hate to say it, but most men hate the idea of sitting and oohing and aahing over baby clothes-- chances are your husband doesn't even want to go. I'm not saying this is true for you either, just how some people I know have responded to coed baby showers; people may see it as just another way to get more gifts. Just be prepared for that. However, I hope you have a great time and you surprise them.

No offense, but the only way to make a shower enjoyable for a guy is to let him stay at home. Honestly, I'm a chick and I hate going to those things. I feel for any man that has to go to one.

Guys love soccer, baseball, any sport, so you have to do your baby shower on a match day and gather them to watch it. On the invitation card, you put to bring something you want to the baby . you can visit http://www.babyshower101.com/ to see some ideas.
