this isn't immediately effective, but if you have honey in the house (it's better if it's local honey, but any natural honey will do), eat a teaspoon a day ... this will help your body to be immune to the pollens that may be causing your allergies.

now, if you're allergic to something else, there are other natural remedies, herbs, you can take, but that would be more expensive than buying benedryl, unforunately.

do you have a couple of dollars? you can buy a small pack of generic antihistamines? DON'T GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE & BUY THEIRS!!! THE STUFF THEY CARRY IN THEIR STORES ARE EXPIRED. YOU DON'T WANT TO END UP WORSE THAN JUST HAVING ALLERGIES BY TAKING ANYTHING THEY SELL.

At the Dollar General you can get their store brand of benadryl for a dollar. Honey harvested from near your home helps with allergies, but it takes several weeks to notice the effect.

Don't know if you have any of this in your house either but a natural cure for allergies is honey, but it needs to be honey that was made locally. Not sure how it works, but it does.

It may help if you can try to keep all windows closed. Vacuum a lot. Wipe down the wall and furniture. Unfortunately, we can't really fight with nature when it comes to allergy.

There are other forms of alergy relief availible for cheaper. Go to the pharmacy at target or walmart and get the generic of benydryl, I think called dyphenhydromine hydrochloride or br chlortrimaton called________ metalate.

The honey method does work if its localy harvested honey and it tastes good too!
