NO. Epididymitis is any inflammation of the epididymis, caused by any number of infections (STD and otherwise). You can't pass them to offspring that way.

Cure the epididymitis by seeing a doctor, identifying the infection and completing the appropriate treatment. Then you won't have anything to worry about (as far as your children are concerned, anyway).
