3. Oil and BBQ the tomatoes for about 8 minutes
4. Skin the eggplant and mash it (using forks, so it is a little chunkie)

BBQ lambchops

1. Marinade in tomato pure, vinegar, salt, ginger and garlic paste and pepper for almost 2 hours
2. BBQ in medium-high heat till you think its done ( atleast 20 minutes, 10 minutes each side. I like it well done so I keep it for about 35 minutes, 15 one side and 20 other)

Kabobs can be super easy while looking fancy, especially if you put shrimp in the mix!
If you have the advance notice (2 days), buy some steak and put it in a freezer bag and pour in a bottle of italian dressing. Leave in the fridge until time to grill...can't beat the flavor and super easy prep. Flavor the shrimp to taste. Throw some brightly colored veggies in the mix (keep in mind some veggies may need a little cooking ahead of time or they won't soften enough by the time the meat is done).
Serve the kabobs with plates of colorful salad and festive beverages.

Grilled Salmon.
Corn Cobs. Wrapped in foil with some butter. Steamed baby potatoes could be done the same way, just kept warm and some coleslaw.

for a side try this... put an onion cut it down the middle and again so there is four (or 6) sections, but not all the way through.

okay now put some good butter and a beef bullion cube(spelling? lol) in it
okay now wrap it in some tinfoil and grill it up! its good as a toppin for steak or as a side! (tastes kinda like french onion soup)

If you make steaks, make a compound butter to top them with. You could do a blue cheese butter, garlic butter, anything like that. Don't do pork chops, they dry out. But pork loins marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil and garlic and ginger is excellent. A side of rice and salad and you're set.
