is there anywhere in the uk i can recycle type 5 plastics?

preferably for free - i wear daily contact lenses, can't bear the thought of adding the cases to landfill if i can help it!

Usually type 5 plastics are not recycled.

you can burn the plastic but u need some special stuffs
