I get it on Gourmet International.com. I have also seen it in some stores near the pickles and olives, on the top shelves.

go to your local farmers market and look for yellow Roma or Heirloom Tomatoes.
1.put water to boil.
2. remove the core,
3.put a small cut into the opposite end of the tomato.
drop into water and in around 10 seconds or so the skin should start to split & peel back. remove immediately and place into iced water.
4. remove skin, it should peel off easily. cut open the tomato & remove seeds.
5. rough chop tomatoes add to fine chopped onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt & pepper and herbs if desired.
6. cook over a low heat until the tomato & onion are soft.
Puree the mix with a stick blender.
7. if required cook a little further to concentrate & thicken the sauce or add a little veg stock to thin out if too thick. ajust seasoning if needed & enjoy
