abstinence! But guess what u can still get other things like oral herpes on the mouth and mononucleosis. People do ur research. Even a cut on the mouth can attract an STD. Research!

I'm afraid that there is no such thing as 100% protection, even if you abstain from sex. Unfortunate accidents can happen, such as you may come into contact with infected blood/bodily fluids sometime in your life.
You just have to keep yourself as safe as you can and be sensible.
