when i have the outbreak, any kind of touch, kissing can spead the virus from you to my girlfriend?

If you have a genital herpes outbreak then your girlfriend should not have any contact with your genital area.

It's fine to kiss her, hug her, hold her, etc, as long as she doesn't have DIRECT skin to skin contact with your genital area.

Also, genital herpes can be spread to another person whether you are on an outbreak or not (that's how I got the virus). Having sex with your girlfriend (vaginal, oral, or anal) or any kind of DIRECT skin to skin contact with the infected area can spread genital herpes to your girlfriend - outbreak or not.
