Depending on your age I would say that your mother isn't making to many "meat" dishes. I'm a Chef, not a Doctor but off the top of my head I would say your feeling ill is rebellion anxiety

Your mother doesn't understand about vegetarianism. Get the Book called Are You Confused? (it's about Vegetarianism) by the title your Mom won't realize that. Leave that book lieing around where she's sure to pick it up and read it! If she skips the Contents Index pages.. she won't realize she's reading about vegetarianism till a few paragraph's in and by then she may be just too interested to stop reading it!
You might get a Copy from the Library! If Your body is no longer use to meat than of course you'll get sick eating it!

I went vegetarian as a teen and my parents weren't thrilled either. You should show your mom that a vegetarian diet can be very well balanced and healthy. I would recommend getting several beginner vegetarian cookbooks. These often have lists of ingredients, nutrition info. and basic facts about being vegetarian. Offer to cook dinner for the family once a week. Things like portobella muchrooms and eggplant are very "meat-like", but much better for you. This may be a good way to ease them into your vegetarianism. For other nights see if your mom can make the meet on the side. If they are having stir fry and she makes chicken on the side, then you make tofu and stick it in, etc.

go on line and do some research. share it with your mother. you might include things like: vegetarians live longer than meat eaters, vegetarians have a lower risk of developing cancer, etc. she thinks she is doing what is right for you. she's concerned about your health. you can't blame her! she's your mother. BUT you can help her to see that what you are doing (being vegetarian) truly is healthy-even healthier than eating meat. if she's still worried about the whole "protein thing." again, go on line and find a list of non-animal sources for protein. ask her to serve one of the listed items each night for dinner. agree to do the dishes or something in return for her doing the extra work of fixing you a non-animal protein option.

She's giving you some serious psycological issues from forcing you to eat things. Have you heard of that guy that was force fed as a kid and now the only thing he can eat without having a violent choking reaction is cheddar cheese? The doctors say he's going to end up very unhealthy now because he doesn't get enough vitamins from only eating one food. Maybe you should tell your mom this so she'll be afraid to give you issues?

Low stomach acid could be part of the problem also allergies. As a child many such things also made me ill. I have been tested as an adult & found I have very low stomach acid & most of the common food allergies.
So a meal of meat with milk to drink gave me fits. Or Eggs for breakfast left me in pain & wanting to throw up...
I WONDER WHY YOUR MOTHER IS FORCING FOODS ON YOU THAT MAKES YOU ILL?
Many people are really mis-informed on what we should eat to be healthy.
I am not at home where I have some good website for her to look at. I'll try to get back here later to add them.

Because meat is gross and your body knows it. Go to PCRM.org and print out the vegan food pyramid and go to Peta.org and get the veggie starter kit. Use them to explain to your mother than protein comes from many sources. How does she think that the chicken or the pig got protein? Both are SUPPOSED to eat veggies (although modern factory farming has them eating like cannibals.)

u know what its all in your head, its a psychological effect caused by the smell of food or a bad eating experience from your youth,,just tell yourself that meat is like all the other food(vegetables) and then try it,it works like magic.
