I like to cook thinly sliced red onions on the stove in olive oil for at least 30 minutes or until they carmelize, then mix with cooked angel hair or thin spaghetti and crumbled fresh feta.

A quick, easy, and simple recipe
Cook noodles (I use angel hair) and mix in extra virgin olive oil and sliced green peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.

Its no stuffed pasta in rosemary infused duck sauce, but its good.
