@@@@ >>>> TRUE STORY <<<<@@@@
Man had herpes & didn't tell the woman, even though they used condoms and he wasn't "broken out" she got herpes... she didn't know he had herpes until her doc told her she had herpes & that it was an unusual Mylasian strain.... he had been in Mylasia for many years. when she confronted him, he admitted and explained he thought it wasn't transferable when he wasn't broken out --- she sued him & the court in Huntsville, AL awarded $10,000
so now this Woman has herpes... travels extensively with her work
She is feeling that same Sex Craving that you are feeling now... she was having fun out & about in Atlanta after a business trip.
She saw Cute Man... and decided to go for it because she didn't have a break-out and even though she had learned from experience that it can be transmitted, she did it anway... and used a condom.
Well... a few months later, cute Man has tracked her down.. turns out he has gotten some strange Mylasian strain of herpes and even though he didn't remember anything but her nickname, a judge provided a court order of hotel records & that is how he narrowed it down. She refused to answer his question and/or led him to believe it couldn't have been her. So the judge then ordered her medical records (STDs are a Public Safety Issue & therefore Privacy Laws not able to keep this info private from Georgia Courts) -- the next thing she knows, she is at work (the office in Huntsville, AL) and in come the GA police to arrest & extradite her.
Charges:
Reckless Endangerment
Failure to Inform (or whatever that charge is)
Some other charges pertaining to the fact that she pursued him for the sexual encounter(instead of him pursuing her) while she knew she had a disease that posed a Public Health Hazzard
... and a Civil Court Suit
end result... 2 years sentance (allowed to do public service in her home area by educating others on STDs) and a little over $200,000 (yes you read that right, two-hundred thousand)... 20% of her paycheck is deducted by the courts until the debt is paid in full

How selfish can you be??! Just because you are feeling horny does not give you the right to possibly infect someone with a virus that will be with the person for the rest of their life. How did you feel when you found out you had herpes? Do you really want to do that to someone? I have herpes too and I understand fear of rejection but that does not give you or anyone an excuse to infect other people. Learn from your previous mistakes, take responsibility and conduct yourself accordingly. Besides the possibility of spreading the disease did you ever stop to consider that because you have genital herpes you are more likely to contract other STDs such as HIV? Have some respect for yourself, don't do this.

I would hope that you would not be so stupid and selfish to harm someone due to your sexual desires, you are disgusting to even ask such a question and I would suggest that you tell the person and let them make the decision or just take care of your problem yourself, there are toys out there and they can work well if you will let them, so stop trying to hurt other people just so you can get satisfied, how would you like for someone to have aids and not tell you, but just has to have sex because they are craving it, You know if you do this you had better hope that they are clean and std free because if they aren't you will deserve everything you get, It is girls like you that give the rest of us bad names and causes us to be
treated badly. I can't believe that anyone is craving it that bad that they are risking someone elses health just so they can have maybe 5 min. of sex...

Join the web site "Posetive Singles". You know, of course, that a comdom is not enough protection from herpes and you can still transmit it even if you are not broken out. Go on Craig's List and post your desires but be up front. Someone will be interested. Trust me. I've been living with it for a long time.

Having sex with someone and not telling them you have Herpes is not acceptable! You should definately be upfront and honest. If you can't find a taker-find a great adult store and get you some fun toys!!

You have to tell someone. Because it is very well illegal to have sexual encounters with someone and knowingly have an STD. There are websites where you can find dating partners/spouses with various diseases like this.

You are a slime for even thinking of not telling them. You have to tell them or you will be held liable if they get it and trace it back to you. Make sure he wears a condom.
