Don't forget the correct way wine should be served. What the hosts part is during the service and the like. AND what is that cork suppose to smell like??

Good Luck with your seminar

Pairing is very important and the most fun to discover
and feed your guest before hand or they'll get serious polluted by the end

I went to a winery in France, and I enjoyed the knowledge I got about how they made it, what different types they made, and their history of making it-that's something they are very proud of. Also, I got to taste different types and find my favorite, and they sold the bottles exremely cheap. So try all that, and let them tell you what to do, you get so much more out of it.

I'd ask what flavors you're tasting. I don't get the "nose" thing where people say "It has hints of cinnamon, smoke, dirt, grass, and citrus." I can't taste that or smell it! So ask what you should be noticing.
