I have read that when a person is infected, they usually shows signs after 1-3 weeks. I understand that 3/4 of the women infected shows no symptoms at all. IF a person shows symptoms -- does it have to happen 1-3 weeks after or can it stay dormant and show symptoms after a few months? Is a person more susceptible to showing symptoms if they had Chlamydia before?

thanks!
