Mine is the breaded fish, mmm love them with lots of sour cream. an second i like the meat al pastor, thats the red seasoned meat that spins on the fire.

Grilled mahi-mahi, fried shrimp, carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor!
I love mine on a soft corn tortilla with fresh salsa and plenty of fresh squeezed lime.

I doubt if it makes any difference. It is the flavoring that is put on the meat that makes the difference.
When they run out of meat for the tacos they go and buy caned cat or dog food and use that. No one seems to notice.

marinated steak with refried black beans
add salsa, lettuce, tomato, onion, and guacamole!
has to be soft flour tortillas
I also like chorizo.
If I am going meatless, I love a breaded chile relleno taco.
