I've been to the Doctor with the bumps but was there for something else not really aware to ask what the outbreak was...during the same visit I had a paps smear and my doctor never asked any questions about my outbreak...anyway I was being tested for some symptoms I was having and within everything I was tested for turns out my outbreak couldn't possibly be from any type of STD's.

It is possibly a yeast infection or a build up of bacteria under the skin leading to bumps

I've read that you can get acne... there... which didn't seem possible to me, because I had similar questions... but I guess you can... and also, depending on their size, they could be some sort of hormonal cysts... I have a few of those... they're kind of painful though, so if they don't hurt, I doubt it's that.
