Nannyberry
Nectarine
(The fruit of the nannyberry tree is often referred to as a drupe. It is very small, only about a ½” in diameter, and bluish-black in color. The drupe contains only one seed, and is mature in early autumn. The fruit of the nannyberry tree is edible and it develops a sweet date-like flavor in autumn.)
