It's when bacteria that doesn't belong there gets in your bladder.
Drink water to help get rid of it, you might need antibiotics.
Make sure your hygiene is good- wash regularly.
Make sure you wipe front to rear...there are bacteria back there that you don't want up front!
You can get it at any age.
