add a hint of halopeno spice and a wee bit of nutmeg to bring out the tofu flavours! If you cook it let it sit a bit
to let the spices sink in better! You could also add a bit of soya cheese!

Its quite funny but bbq tofu is tasty. I went to this little Caribbean vegan place (surprisingly there is one) and they have curry, bbq, grilled and roasted tofu. It was all good but the bbq was the best.

Coconut milk. Actually just about anything goes with Tofu, it takes the taste of whatever else you are eating.

Tofu is like a sponge so you can put your favorite sauce on it. You can also sautee it with other veggies, it will absorb the flavor. Basically anything!

I have tomato soup with tofu, or have stir fried noodles and veggies, along with sauce n' soy tofu...
Google it and see what kind of tofu dishes you can make along side your dinner or lunch...
Happy Tofu n' healthy eating, my friend!

Tofu - tasty = oxymoron
Just kidding, but it will adopt flavors of other foods, so try soy sauce, ketchup, sweet & sour sauce, plum sauce, BBQ it with BBQ sauce, add to vegetable broth, marinate in salad dressings .

Some Vietnamese and a few other Asian restaurants have a way of serving it they call "braised" -- it is pan seared in a little oil, and it tastes amazingly like chicken in a stir fry, when prepared this way, with sauce and seasonings added.
The first time I was served this, I thought they'd accidentally brought me a chicken dish!
