yes, He does. When you're obedient to Him and you please Him, then, your prayers will be more heard.

Anyone who has read the bible knows that this is a question that needs to be asked. Beginning with Genesis 4: 4,5. The Lord respected Abel and his offering but He did not respect Cain and his offering. The bible doesn't offer any explanation of this preference. Throughout the bible there are many examples of judgment that appears too harsh, and wrongdoing that seems to go unpunished. But there is one mercy of God that we all enjoy, isn't there? Read John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son ...

That would depend on which God you refer to. For instance, if you speak of Mars, the Hellenistic pantheon's god of war, then yes, he would show favoritism towards warriors.
If you refer to Christianity's God, then it -could- be argued that he shows favoritism towards Christians, as they are said to be the only one to find eternal happiness in Heaven at his decree. Similarly, -any- law favors those who follow it, be it a secular or a spiritual law.

As sunlight is offered the same to all of us, I think perhaps the Creator offers only mercy. Mercy for all. No favoritism, no respecter of persons. We All have free will for evolving, ascending toward and reaching the goal of knowing unconditional love.

sure, my God favors me, while your God favors you. that's why we can all say "God is with us" in a time of war.
so whenever there is a conflict between you and me the strongest God prevails.
given the tendency of you and me to get into conflict, isn't it a bit of luck that all Gods are fictitious.
