A large house in a semi-rural location.
Somewhere with a driveway and a garage for the car, instead of it being parked halfway up the kerb in the road outside.
Somewhere that has its own grounds, so that there are no neighbours' kids and their friends sitting on our adjoining wall, tossing their used crisp and cig packets and sweet wrappers into our garden.
Somewhere with an extensive back garden for our little dog to run around in.
Somewhere that is surrounded by countryside, yet is a short drive into town.

I would go with you on the flying lessons, but personally I would go for the SR71, when the US airforce eventually gets round to selling them off!
