Wow, here in philly that's plenty plenty extra for a sitter... I take a seat women 5 &6 getting paid 13 an hour.... relies upon on how plenty you're making.... an toddler is extra to cope with... i could say extra pay her via day? i've got carried out this additionally.... i take advantage of to pay somebody 20/30 an afternoon to observe my son on a similar time as i worked... i couldnt have sufficient money to pay hourly... It racks up, and whats the factor of working for like 60$ an afternoon? and having to furnish some away?

Yes they do, any NON U.S. citizen even a day old needs a visa to enter the country.
