Happened to my sister too!First time off, if you follow the steps they'd say no payment or some minimum charges only, believe them for awhile and then at the last step they'd ask you for $300 for affidavit and lawyers approval and more stuff like that.

Well i can definitely tell u that that lottery is bullshit.!!!
anyway to confirm this u can try on by confirming the process and end of the process u will sure find out that they will request you to bank-in a quite big amount as a security deposit or they might name it in other name.
Once u reach this stage..i think u r smart enough to think or to decided weather to continue or agree with my conclusion.

THat is just an advertising ploy to get you enrolled in it. You need to read it careful. I get cheques whenever I win freelotto, however you have to be in it to win it (I am talking $1 cheques etc) You need to read the email carefully.

yeah, you believed it, if they are asking for a fee, ask them to deduct 10 times the fee and send you the rest of what you won
