Is it shady for bond company to allow bail to be forfeited due to the court had'nt filed charges with in 15 days they waited 22 days

Okay it was'nt forfeited but5 rather bail was exonerated they said a judge reveiwed case and released them ( the bond company of any responsability of me then like a week later a judge formally charged and the cops came a lookin for me

No as a matter of a fact Im an adult being charged with a felony so Im not sure if you read this incorrectly or I typed it out wrong But the BAIL has been exonerated and here is the defintion
