Hrm, that's tough but I think Christianity probably has been one of the most bloody religions in the history of mankind. It began in the blood of Christ and more than likely will exit in blood as well.

I don't mean to speak of ill of the good teachings of Christ, they were quite refreshing..just as any good man's teachings are. However if we are to believe that Christianity also accepts The Old Testament as fact, you can only fathom how much death and decay their God exherted upon the world. Flooding, destruction of unholy cities without regard for innocence or guilt..etc.

I like to think Christians don't even believe in The Old Testament, but...usually they do unfortunatly. The Crusades, the burning at the stake of heretics, all the merciless killing of the Holy Roman Empire and Catholicism. The continued killing of men women and children in Palestine and Israel, and the entire middle east. I'd recoken Christianity has more than likely killed well over 1-2 billion people in it's tenured existance.

Just to throw this out there, I would say Hinduism and Atheism probably are some of the less bloody faiths. This is purely my opinion though.

The religions came with Moses, Jesus and Mohamed were all from the almighty God. Although it is clear that the Bible had withnessed many changes from its original. The only religion that has never been changed is just Islam. I cannot insult Islam and christianity.

Hinduism is made by Hindu man, Atheism is not a religion is for pagans, Budhism is also another fairy tel.

I don't like this question much. Most religions have agreeable and disagreeable aspects. I agree with any religion that does not oppress its followers.

I am a Protestant Christian, and I will attend any church that allows women in its higher rankings and does not condemn homosexuality. The last church I attended is Episcopal.

And Atheism is not a religion--it is just the lack of belief in a god. So a Buddhist can be (and is often) an atheist.

Any organized religion is what I would consider the worst...since they all seem to think their "better" then anyone else that doesn't follow their Belief System and they like shoving it down the throats of non-believers or ridiculing them for not believing in their God!!
Think about it...does anyone ever see a Wiccan/Witch going from door-to-door trying to entice another into going to a Circle or Sabbat Ritual?
I think not...since most Wiccan/Craft Traditions are commited to being kept 'secretive' to protect the Olde Ways from those that would abuse them and to keep the 'underaged' from practicing certian things till their 18 years and older...with the exception to children that are actually "born into it" through parents that are both Wiccan/Witches, but even then those children are taught to find their own religious path as they get older without being ridiculed.

Firstly, Atheism is not a religion. Secondly, what an impossible question to answer! The major religions like Islam and Christianity are always going to be seen as the worst as it is the mass of followers they have that creates the potential for widespread bad deeds. Anyway, not every adherent to a particular religion is a bad person. This "survey" is just a bigoted means to stereotype different groups of people. You should be ashamed of yourself.

First, Atheism is not a religion. It is a lack of belief.

Second, there's no "worst religion" there. These religions, overall, teach peace and love. (A few extremists will take certain portions of holy readings and take them to mean kill all non-believers. That's wrong, and should not reflect on the whole religion.)

Any organized religion. They are all too self righteous to be excepting of anyone else's beliefs. The fact that they are created by man makes them all wrong anyway. No matter what religion you are in. So there is no worst. Each one is as bad as the others.

If by "worst" you mean the number of people that have been killed--no religion could possibly hold a candle to Christianity--from the Crusades --to both World wars--even up to Iraq--it's a no-brainer!!!
