chopping the hands of credit card theives and cloners is quite effective, but still not legal.

there is an effective method, id cards that have to be scanned at same time, showing your photo so not swapping. works well in Scandonavia, but the civil liberty bunch over here wont allow it. Their driving licence doubles as ID.

The government insisted that our wages were paid into banks, look who's laughing, the banks, they get our money be for we do. The government like us to get credit, it boosts our spending. it is like a carrot on the end of a stick. Come and bite the carrot, its good for you, sorry you can not have a bite of it for the next 10 weeks as you ate too much the week before last.Bang the interest rates go up and people can not afford their mortgage repayments but it is their fault for doing what the government said was good in the first place. Who can blame anyone who thinks they are onto easy money that is what they are taught.

Contact a reputable lender like Barclays or Visa, outline your offer, without giving too much away. Arrange a meeting or correspondence and get them to sign a basic contract that states they will not steal your idea. And hammer it out from there.
