I've lost and gained a stone multiple times over the last couple of years. I eat healthily during the week and have begun to really put in the work at the gym. But i undo it all at the weekend with nights out. How do i lose weight and not give up my weekends?

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

It is perfectly do-able to be very, very good during the week and more lax during the weekend, don't worry.

Just eat right during the week and do the bulk of your exercise then. Try to spread it out to do some each day. Before you go on a night out do a little something, like get up and go on a run. You'll look and feel better.

Good luck!

Hi there, I'd like to help you out with this ;-). I wanted to lose about 10-15 pounds, but didn't want to lose muscle. I started using the Fat Loss Patch, and that has helped me break the plateau and increased my energy. It has good natural ingredients that are safe and effective such as Chromium Picolinate and Forslean. Our metabolisms sometimes just need a kick to get it to do what it's supposed to. The Patch builds lean muscle mass and increases stamina/energy, so when you're working out you're better able to burn fat and retain lean muscle, and that is the key there, that's why this product rocks! Also the great thing about the patch is that you don't have to pop any pills! You can look up the main ingredient of the patch on www.forslean.com, it speaks for itself. The studies show that this ingredient will maximize your workout. Let me know if you want more info!
Anyhow, all the best to you,

Try weightwatchers - it works. I've been going 6 months now and have lost just over 3 stone.

There are 2 types of plans you can follow. One were you count points all the time and one where you get a comprehensive list of foods you can chose from along with points to 'spend' on treats per week.

Its not a diet per say its more of a healthy eating plan but I've found it to be the easiest most flexable approach to food.

Go with a mate to make it more enjoyable!

Good Luck whatever you do xo

You know already what is causing the weight gain and with alcohol it is really hard to work it off. It is 4 times more likely to be stored as body fat as carbs.
2 things may help; 1st don't drink too much. know your limit. (am I sounding like a dad now?) but it is true. The more you drink the more you get drunk but we all know that there is that fine line that is too easy to cross from having a good time to being absolutely bladdered. You need to slow down so you stay on the "having a good time" side.
2nd All drinks calorie content is different, go for spirits with tonic water as they have one of the lowest calorie contents.
I have written an article on it that is linked to below that may interest you.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

My sister swears by "Body for Life" - the book is available in most book stores. It allows you to eat 6 small meals per day, balancing carbs, protein etc and one day a week is free, i.e. you can eat what you like. Excercise is also a major part

its the old old story...so easy to put it on,very hard to get it off...you need to cut out having anything high in fat or sugar...and don't have to many carbs....plus take the time to do a few hours exercise....sounds like a prison sentence but there is no easy way out....also go see your GP...as will have advice and give you help on who to talk to....all best on that long road....
