Oh Boy, sounds familiar. Sounds like osteoarthritis to me.
Thats how mine started, and about at your age. It freaked me out when I found out because I always thought arthritis was just for older people, and I sure didn't think that it hurt this bad.
What I did in the beginning stages was take Aleve, it has naproxin in it and that is what is typically prescribed by doctors in the beginning, on really bad days 1 Aleve, 1 Tylenol extra strength. The Tylenol has acetaminophen and is a great mild pain reliever. Also, I took Glucosimine w/ Congrointin every day. It helped and maintained me for a few years. At night, or when its cold and/or rainy I rub Bio Freeze on my knees and ankles it really helps with the aches.
Most of all you have to force yourself to keep moving, get as much exercise as you can. Walking is great!!
Good Luck to You!!

This sounds a lot like arthritis but the only way to know for sure is to have your dr evaluate the situation to see what they say.

These are the symptons of arthritis. You need to see a doctor and ask him to prescribe you some good drugs for it.
