I don't eat a whole lot, and I'm already drinking plenty of fluids. I don't consume a crasy amount of sodas either.

1) eat at regular intervals, the best way to keep your metabolism stable and help speed it up is to eat every 3hours. and i dont mean gourmet meals, just eat just little sections of meals every 3hrs, so about 5 times a day. enough to satisfy your hunger, dont over eat! and because you dont have a big appetite already, this is really good for you.

2) cardio exercise, i.e. jogging, walking, swimming, anything a couple times a week for a least half an hour that you enjoy, if you dont enjoy it your not going to stick with it.

3. IF you want to go a step further, there are plenty of dietery supplements that you take in conjunction with eating right and exercising that can really help as long as your not overdoing it, that speed up your metabolism but can also make you less hungry. if you go to a legit place that sells stuff like this like muscle max, or gnc they can tell you what works best.

You NEED to eat a lot. Eat 6 small meals a day. That includes veggie snacks, whole grain snacks, meal replacement bars, protein shakes .....and then your normal mealtime foods (cereal w/ lowfat milk...soup or turkey sandwich on whole grain bread....protein (lean meat) plus veggies)

The more you eat, the faster your body processes it, the fast your metabolism picks up. If you only eat 3 meals your body conserves the calories b/c it thinks you need them, it goes into "starvation mode" even if you aren't starving.
