I know that Quo Vadis is Where are you going, but I can't seem to get the correct congugation for where are we. I think it's Quo Vadimous, but I can't be sure and since it's for a tattoo I need to be 100%. Also if someone could help translating the phrase "You are only as sick as the secretcs you keep" into latin that would be great as well.

'Quo imus' could also be used for 'Where are we going?. You could also use 'qua' with either vadimus or imus. The difference is 'quo' is more like 'to what place or to what purpose', while 'qua' is 'by which route.'

The sentence translates as:

Solum tam aeger es quam res quae occultum tenes.

Added: Latin 'tam...quam' is used for 'as...as' English constuction. Latin for keeping something secret is 'tenere occultum' - literally, 'to hold in the dark'.

is QUO VADIMUS (but Latins would have written QVO VADIMVS - the V should replace the U,that was unknown to Romans).
The phrase is
SOLUM TAM AEGER ES SICUT ARCANA QUAE SERVAS
