how long should i wait to shampoo and condition it?

also if i use a conditinr thats not for colored hair just 1 time will it take the color out?

A week is best, but if you've gone 3 or 4 days and gotten it very dirty, then go ahead. Use Nexus brand to preserve your color the longest. It's available in salons only.

I would wait and wash it when it gets dirty, every one is different, two to seven days. Use a shampoo and conditioner for "color treated" hair or "dry and damaged" or "extra moisturizing". I wouldn't worry about the conditioner you used it wont strip your hair, harsh shampoos and extra hot water and hot tools are what makes hair color fade. Use a heat protector in your hair when using hot tools ie: blow dryer, curling iron, and flat iron.

u can shampoo ur hair right after u colored it, no need to wait for a few days

at least a week or else your hair will dry out like straw.
