how long should i go through the starring thing before i should say something? the mystery of wether she likes me is too much

Personally,I'm a chicken.My advise,only talk to a girl when you're in a different city/state/country.That way,if she turns you down or embarrasses you in any way,you'll never see her again.Or,if your initiation was successful,it could turn into a super exciting adventure.Yeeeeaaahh,Boyeeeee!I'm a nerd.Only make the exception if she's ULTRA hot and your mojo is in hyper drive or if you don't have an audience and are feeling a little daring and adventurous.Speaking as a girl,honestly,I really like to be noticed and pursued.We all do.I wouldn't say there is a specific TIME to talk to a girl when she's been checking you out but if I were to get technical with it, wait till she cracks a smile at you.PAY ATTENTION to how she does it though, because she may just think your weird for staring at her and she's laughing at you.Oooooo and DO NOT be the creepy stare back guy.There's nothing weirder to see than a cute guy in the corner who's staring at me and all of a sudden he does something weird like winking or making a "sexy" face.Eeew.But really,when you get the courage to finally talk to her,be yourself.And if she turns you down,so what!There will always be some other girl to exchange sweet glances with.

It sounds like very standard flirting procedures to me! It depends on how daring you are! If you're not afraid of the possibility of getting blown off, go right up to her and see if she will go out with you. It could be to just get a cup of coffee or get lunch somewhere near by; it doesn't need to be anything complicated. The main thing is; when you're talking to her, try not to get so nervous that you say something so unbelievably stupid, that it it is burned into her memory for all eternity!

Next time you stare at each other let out an aggressive purring sound like a tiger..she'll probably laugh her asss off.
Don't be alarmed, this is a good thing cause now you've broken the ice! Now go talk to her.

When you are convinced she's staring and looking away, kind of walk her way. When you get close, make a casual remark to her, like, "Whew! That class was something else, wasn't it? By the way, my name is Derek. Which direction are you going?" That's just an example. Hope it works.

If you can't tell if she likes you are not shes probably doesn't and if she starts to like you then you will know because she will make it apparent to you.
