I am exactly the same as you.
I eat a lot of things that most people wouldn't dare, I am thin but compared to most people I am very skinny, which I don't think I am.
I soon figured out that it is not me but everyone else around me is jealous that I can eat what I want and not put any weight on. I am happy how I am even though I am thin. If I compare myself to everyone else I might look quite skinny, but I think it's everyone else around me that is unhealthy and fat.
People like you and me have high metabolism and that's why we don't put on weight easily. I say don't worry about it at all. Just be happy with how you are like and don't ever stop eating because of what other people say.

I wish I was you! It sounds like you are hyper-thyroid: your metabolism works super fast. Mine, and a good amount of the population, is the opposite, hypo-thyroid: my metobolism works slow. As a result, we have to work twice as hard to keep the pounds off.
But it's not all a Bed of Roses for you hyper's. There is a high risk of heart problems. I hope you talk to your doctor, and keep your blood pressure monitored.
Of course, you are a guy also, and males seem to have a higher percentage of high metabolisms than women. I think its in the DNA or something. Although that's more of a guideline instead of an actual rule of thumb. Some men do have hypothyroids like some women have hyperthyroids.
Some people have all the luck. :-)

It's your metabolism. I'm the same way. It should change when you get older(over 30). If you want to pack on the pounds take a weight gainer shake or just consume alot of calories and protein to build muscle. Also consider doing some heavy weight training. For instance if you do heavy sqauts it will encourage your whole body to grow because it changes your testosterone/hormones or something to that effect. If you just eat a lot and don't do weight training you'll probaly just get a little potbelly, but gain no muscle.

Don't worry. You probably have a high metabolic turnover. This means your lifestyle is such that your body burns fat faster than your body makes it.Perhaps your life involves using your mind? This improves body fitness.I am 71 years old, don't exercise too much, but have a high metabolic turnover. I don't put on weight, and yet I eat well. But I don't drink or smoke. So tell everyone that your thin because your smart.

People want you to fit into an ideal body shape. But in reality we are all different.

Some people are naturally thin...I am a guy and when I was 20 I weighed 48kgs.

So don't worry about what other people say. Maybe you have worms in your belly, to keep you thin, or maybe you will get to 30, your metabolism will change, but you will keep eating like a horse and turn into Miss Good year.

I don't believe you are getting the proper nutrients in your body. If you are mineral deficient you will not be totaly satisifed after you have eaten. Sometimes it will be just for a short period and then you will be wanting something else and many times you do not know what.
The soils are so depleted of minerals that you need to take a supplement.

I have the same problem . . . It has to do with your metabolism and how active you are. The faster your metabolism the faster you burn the food you consume, so your body does not store that much and the more active you are also helps. I also find that I am hungry a lot because I go through so much food energy. I was always told by my doctor that pasta helps you gain weight and keep it on. so as she says eat "Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!!!"
