Dont eat. Drink something. Water, orange juice.... It satisfies my stomach and makes me concentrate better. Healthy, well I dunno.

I have a favorite low-cal snack for late at night. I take non-fat plain yogurt, top it with frozen berries and a sprinkling of granola, then a little bit of artificial sweetener. It fills that empty spot just right.

any fruit or vegetable will do the trick. heavy foods will not digest because u prob. lay down not alllowin them to digest properly turing them into fat... a few pecans, half of an apple maybe 3 or 4 saltine or non saltin crackers and some water will be filling!
