oh and my hair is really short...kinda like the singer Pink.

go for some earthy colours like browns, coppers and reds.
they will compliment your skin tone.

whats your style like? what kind of clothes do you wear? If you are funky like pink than do some choppy highlights in a really dramatic and unnatural color (I think purple would be really cute.) If you're not into that sort of thing than maybe you could lighten it up a few shades along with your eyebrows but keep it a warm tone and have some highlights in a slightly lighter shade to keep your hair from looking to flat.

If your going for a dramatic look I would think a dark shade of Blue would be fun and it's not so shocking as if you were to dye your hair pink like the singer Pink
Now if your going for a natural look I would talk to a hairstylist near you and see what they think...
You look like ya have a darker hair color so dying your hair any lighter can damage your hair and make it look kinda like plastic!

You have a lovely skin tone. The "ash" colors will go best with that. What will look odd with your skin tone will be the red shades -you will get lost wearing those.

A light shade of blue or a deep red would look cool on you. If you're looking for something "normal" try a lighter brown/dirty blonde. Good luck.
