Definitely. I think the longer and closer the person is to God, the more evident of blessings of receiving and giving are.

I have a friend that helps people out a lot that are in need, he helps whenever God prompts him to.
There is this Christian man that owns a company in Ohio that make trusses for buildings. when we were building our new Church building he donated all the trusses to us, and when there was an accident and half the building was demolished, he gave us all the new trusses we needed to replace the broken ones.
