and when they come to a red light they are so into it that they jog in place until the light changes. In the zone baby, bunch of dorks, lol.

Yes, they bug the mess out of me. If I see a jogger while I'm driving, I yell at them to run faster.

Actually I think they are doing this becausethey have been told that they must not completely stop, because their heart rate will fall if they do, and then go up again, and that is not good apparently. I do some aerobics at the gym, and when we have a small break to change the music or something the teacher tells us to keep jogging in place. I know it sounds exaggerated, but it is probably the correct thing to do.

I never noticed that. I guess they do that so they dont stop abruptly and slow their heart rate down too fast.

i think they do that so they won't lose their balance or current thing or whatever so they can keep on running at the same pace..

hate is kind of a strong word but i do think theyre funny somtimes and i dunno im kinda a blk or white kinda person like either run or walk not jog
