If a Christian dies and the Atheists were right, the Christian will not know. If an Atheist dies and finds out the Christians were right (about a god and an after-life), no problem. They get to come back incarnated into a different body and have another go at it. Christians will also be reincarnating back for another go at it. They'll all meet again .....

Pray without ceasing...

In my opinion, anyone who asks this question needs to pray, read and talk to people of various faiths and denominations..

Read about Centering Prayer.

Another person cannot answer this for you..

You must find God via your own efforts..

If you choose a religion or denomination, you will find others to help you along your journey to God..

Are you alive by accident?

Is everything around you an accident?

God made each one of us. If things in the world are crazy, that is the fault of people - not of God.

Read, pray, think, discuss, mull it over for awhile..

What does your heart say?

If the atheist is right the Christian is in no worse position than the atheist. If the Christian is right then the atheist is in the worst position that he was warned about.

If the atheists are right the Christian would die happy. Before oblivion he would see his concept of heaven and then nothing.
If the Christian is right the atheist would have all of eternity to argue with the angels over why the "truth" wasn't clearer.

If you get sick you only got two things to worry about. You'll either get well or you'll die.
If you get well you got nothing to worry about. If you die you only got two things to worry about. You'll either go to heaven or hell.
If you go to heaven you got nothing to worry about. If you go to hell you'll be able to spend eternity with your own kind.

Well considering that when you die, the same thing will happen to you as happened to all once living plants and animals, being that you decay and become part of the remaining boisphere, it is a ridiculous question.

There won't be any "finding out" after death, only the end of your existance and ability comprehend..

Sorry, but maybe there's nice high a bridge close by..!

There is a flaw in your logic... If a Christian dies and Atheists were right the Christian will never know... Consciousness ceases at death meaning nothing, not darkness not light not pink elephants dancing nothing no consciousness after death..

I am Atheist.. When I die if I am right and there is nothing after death, I will never know it..

The first listed is impossible, so the second is the worse, as one that fought against knowing GOD is a fool in a handcart to hell.
